Pitches are hard-standing with enough room to manoeuvre into and out of without scraping fences or other people's vehicles. Hitch locks and wheel clamps stay on while in storage and the compound itself is gated and monitored 24/7.
For businesses, this is often a more practical alternative to fitting a yard at the back of a workshop. For private owners, it solves the driveway problem without inviting trouble from passers-by.
